Your team are one of the most important resources in your business, and when we look at how our businesses can be refreshed for this situation, we cannot forget about keeping our team involved in that.

This Referesh for Recovery series is based around helping businesses adapting to build for strength in the coming months, and to help focus on a positive direction out of COVID-19.

Taking Staff on the Journey is the fifth and final installation in this webinar series. In this series you will learn from Chris Davis & Adam Mostogl of The Van Diemen Project about insights to take your staff on the journey through these times as you return the business to strength, how to empower them and to be aware of change-fatigue. This session topics are:

This Taking Staff on the Journey session is part of the Australian Government Small Business Advisory Service Business Resilience Program. The program is specifically designed to assist small businesses suffering the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis.

**To be eligible for the ASBAS Business Resilience Program, you must be for profit, have an ABN and employee 19 employees or less.
