Join The Van Diemen Project in an interactive and practical workshop is relevant for anyone thinking about or already employing staff or those that want help in employing people with confidence.

- Best practices in employing and keeping the right people.

We will also answer any questions you may have.

Developed for business owners that are thinking about employing their first team member or small businesses that already employ staff the session will teach you how to find the right staff, employ them, induct them and manage them in line with good management practice and legal requirements.

In Tasmania, the initiative provides businesses with less than twenty full time employees no cost one-on-one business advice and a series of workshops.
