What is Business Tasmania?
Business Tasmania is a Tasmanian Government resource specifically designed to help Tasmanian small businesses flourish.
Whether you are in the planning stage, starting up or already established, you can access all the information, resources and funding advice you need to help your business grow.
Our website, www.business.tas.gov.au, is a rich source of information that covers everything from registering a new business name to identifying the best exit strategy.
You can call or email us with any business related queries, or talk to us about our programs for small business. You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
How do I use the calendar?
Just scroll through until you find an event that interests you, then click on the event icon for more information. If you want to attend, click on the ‘Book tickets’ tab or contact the event organiser. It’s as simple as that.
You can filter your search by topic, date and location. You can also register an account – it’s free – this lets you save any events of interest and set alerts for future events.
Don’t forget to share what you’ve found with friends and colleagues on social media or via email.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at this link .
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. For your own security, we cannot reset your password over the phone or by email.
If you know your current password and would like to change it, then you can do that via your Account Settings page.
How do I change my password?
If you want to change your password, just go to your profile and select ‘change password’.
How do I change my account details?
You can change your account details, event alerts, event notifications, change your password and delete your account at the Account Settings page. If you wish to delete your account please contact Business Tasmania.
How are events included on the calendar?
The events on our calendar are authorised by Business Tasmania. Accepted events are organised, sponsored or funded by the local, state or Australian government, chambers, industry associations, business networks and not for profits. They are primarily sourced from other booking sites.
