Workshop 2: Informative inductions - New employee induction and training

New workers are the most likely to be injured on the job. Having a good induction can reduce the risk of them being injured and ensure they understand how to stay safe at work.

Workshop content includes:

• An outline of the business
• Showing where facilities are
• Explaining rosters and break times
• Training on relevant safety policies and procedures

Templates included:

• Induction checklist template
• Training needs analysis template
• Training plan template

Delivery Information

Duration: 1 hour per workshop

Locations: available online or face to face - locations to be determined by demand
