Van Diemen Project presents

Lunch & Learn to Plan: Succession Planning

Can you walk away from your business today for a month and have it operate without you? If the answer in no, then this session is a must for you.

Often, we think about succession planning as the way we are going to get out of our business, and while that is important, it is not the only part of succession planning.

This session is going to help you consider:

  • Development of your team so you can have a holiday
  • How to plan if a key person leaves your business
  • Impacts that you moving on from your business has on others

No matter what industry in, succession planning is a must for your business. Join Chris Davis, Managing Director of The Van Diemen Project as he takes you through how to plan for your succession.

The series is designed to help you think about how to get your business running in a sustainable manner. The series covers the topics of your business that are crucial to run successfully. Our goal is to your ideas out of your head into a format which works for you and your small business.

This Succession Planning session is part of the Australian Government Small Business Advisory Service Business Resilience Program. The program is specifically designed to assist small businesses suffering the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis.

To be eligible for the ASBAS Business Resilience Program, you must be for profit, have an ABN and employee 19 employees or less.
